ABOUT ME

As a child, I battled with my weight. Being from an all Italian background, food was always a big emphasis in the household. Whether it be as a reward, filling a void, or just social acceptance, food seemed to be one of the biggest factors in my life. I was close to 200 lbs as a child & knew before I went into high school that I needed to make a change. I finally realized the importance of physical activity in my life, so I changed my eating habits and started to make fitness a priority.
Today, I am 80 lbs lighter. I've kept the weight off for about 20 years now but that doesn't mean I can't relate to the problems that many have with food and lack of physical exercise. The confidence I feel on the inside as well as the strength I feel on the outside pushes me everyday to maintain my lifestyle change. I want everyone I meet to feel as wonderful as I do.
Not only am I an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, I am also a Certified Massage Therapist, which gives me extensive knowledge of the body's muscular system. I truly LOVE what I do and want to share my experience with others that might find themselves at a point in their life where change is needed. This is a lifestyle change. My philosophy is to give you the tools you need to change your life, not just a portion of it. I want to help people find a happy medium between living their busy lives while incorporating fitness and clean eating. I'm not saying it will be easy but it WILL be worth it !
