*PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS
The first session will be dedicated to the initial medical release form and personal assessments. During this time, I will find out a little bit about you and your fitness goals and past fitness routines; as well as any surgeries, medications or medical problems that might require a release from your doctor. This is only in your best interest and will allow me to help you achieve your goals in a safe and secure environment.
Weights, resistance cords, steps, and abdominal balls will be a part of your routine. Everyone is different, so each fitness plan will be varied from person to person, and sometimes week to week. If needed, a written workout will be provided following every new routine to ensure the consistency of your workout between sessions with me.
Fitness partners are encouraged! Whether it be to cut the costs or to merely have a support team, having a "workout buddy" is a great way to hold them and yourself accountable for your progress!!
On average, I suggest 2-3 days per week for a 3-6 month period to be considered when starting your Personal Training program. Results will not be overnight and it will take time to find a suitable plan that works well with your lifestyle, fitness goals and amount of train time available. All sessions are 60 minutes in length. Depending on your fitness level & what you are looking to achieve, I also offer 90 minute sessions as well.
For you to excel in meeting your fitness goals, honesty and consistency is key. Nutrition and lifestyle play a big factor in how I gauge your routines on a weekly basis. With open communication and trust, we can achieve your goals in the healthiest and most convenient way possible!
